Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information in encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing. The your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Ho do I order on your website?

A: It is simple. Just find the product you want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Checkout and fill in your shipping and billing information to complete the order. We'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: After placing your order, please allow up to five business days to process it. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, your will receive a notification through email. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: Where can I find a discount code?

We send out discount codes regularly to people who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. Please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed, and an additional three days to be shipped out. For domestic orders in the United states, it normally takes about 1~4 weeks. For international orders, please allow up to 4~5 weeks.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: It depends on the product. We ship most products world wide so that every customer can enjoy the best shopping experience with us. However, for certain products, we can only ship to the United States. Please check the shipping specification for individual product page for more details.

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to customers. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order delivered as fact as possible.

Q: How do I receive multiple-item order?

A: If you order multiple items, each one will be sent in separate package in most cases.

Q: I ordered multiple products, but have received only one. What's going on?

A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. It is quite normal that you receive a product earlier than the others.

Q: Do Intock produce a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, please contact us immediately. We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience.
